Stats: Metabolism Transition

It has been less than a week since the last time I weighed myself; I didn’t expect any change. In fact, I am glad to see I haven’t gained any weight. I’ve eaten more. Though it sounds bad, it is actually good. I haven’t eaten right in ages – I don’t eat enough in any given day. It is going to take a bit to my metabolism up and running properly again, but eating the good foods (fish, whole grains, lots of veggies…not much change for me there) and the new addition of regular exercise should make it a fairly easy transition. I expect to see that number go down in another couple of weeks.
