Vacation. Cold. Work class. Flu/food poisoning. Slept for almost two days straight this past weekend. I think I’m better now.
Notice that there’s been NO running during most of this. It will resume. Of course my debate now is whether to just start over with C25K or try to jump in at week 3?
Fellow runners, any suggestions?
Update: it has been decided that I will attempt to jump back into things at week 3.
